Everything in moderation. One has to wonder if Oprah wangles some kind of share in all of these books she promotes. It's win-win for her.

I agree. No caffein--I'm outta there. My Cowgirl diet is based in the REAL world--because that's where we live, last time I checked.

The biggest problem I see is the expense of such a diet. I don't drink coffee, so cutting that out doesn't help me financially. The first day she blogs about would take a personal chef and some dough. Not viable.

Hello, I am a former fan of the Oprah show. I once was a daily viewer until I got wind of her new found religion. It is such an awful situation for such a wonderful women to be sucked in by the devices of the enemy. Jesus is the only way the truth and the life. And for her to deny him is such a sad occurence, because he has all power in his hands to give and to take within a blink of an eye, so therefore I pray that he has mercy upon her, and I pray that he does not bring her to open shame, however, there is really know choice unless she turns from her ways. I know one may believe, well she has so much presitge and so much wealth that nothing can never happen truly wrong in her life. Well I beg to differ. It is so many things that can come against her that it is scary. Not just because she has turned her back on her belief of Jesus, but because she is leading other people to believe a lie as well. May God have mercy upon you all. Remember { John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. }
